We are proud to announce that the redevelopment project of the Tobacco Factory in Castrignano del Capo is now a remarkable reality in progress.

This historic building is set to be transformed into a luxury hospitality venue—a true
boutique hotel—blending the charm of tradition with the sophistication of high-end hospitality. The decision to invest in Salento is a tribute to our deep love for this land, a profound connection reflected in a project with strong emotional and visual impact.

To bring this vision to life, we are collaborating with architect Massimo Brambilla who, like us, sees the ancient Tobacco Factory as a majestic place capable of offering a unique experience in the heart of Southern Salento.
