We are proud to share the ongoing redevelopment of the former Tobacco Factory in Castrignano del Capo, now taking shape as a distinctive luxury hospitality destination. This historic structure will unite the character of its heritage with the elegance and standards of high-end hospitality.

Our investment in Salento reflects a deep and lasting connection to this land, translated into a project of strong emotional resonance and visual impact. To realize this vision, we collaborate with architect Massimo Brambilla, who shares our belief in the Tobacco Factory’s potential as a monumental space capable of offering an exceptional experience in the heart of Southern Salento.
