Pietro Clocchiatti

An entrepreneur and manager, Pietro is the driving force behind Clocc’s. At the helm of the company since 2020, he champions and promotes four areas of excellence: design, construction, style, and organization.

These pillars reflect a constant evolution and an ongoing pursuit of new conceptual dimensions. At the core of this vision lies one guiding principle: freedom. The freedom to reconcile tradition with innovation, blending Italian craftsmanship with internationally inspired influences.

An ambassador of an intergenerational philosophy, Pietro is both architect and author of the innovative approach developed to best support industry professionals and, ultimately, the end client.

The Clocc’s headquarters

Our home is located in the ancient medieval village of Santa Margherita del Gruagno, within the fortified historic center enclosed by late medieval walls originally built to protect the 10th-century castle, now lost.

Surrounded by nature and offering unique panoramic views, our headquarters are housed in the Torre del Gruagno complex, which includes the ancient tower with the medieval gateway to the village, as well as the historic buildings that once formed part of the defensive walls of the old castle. This setting represents the highest expression of our commitment to historic conservation and restoration.

Here, we carried out a meticulous conservation-focused restoration of the interiors, furnishing them with original period pieces.

On the top floor, we created an elegant representative hall, dedicated to conferences, exhibitions, and cultural events. On the side opposite the village’s main gate, we restored a residence furnished in authentic medieval style, which we use to host guests visiting us from outside the region.
